For Existing Homes Month of January 2024
Thirty-six (36) single-family homes were sold in January 2024 with a median sold price of $659,950. The median is the midpoint value where half the homes sold for more, the other half for less.
A total 203 listings were on "active" status as of January 31, 2024 which put Coral Springs homes for sale inventory at 2.8 months' worth of supply.
This is considered a seller's market although high interest rates continue to make it difficult for buyers to move forward — the number of sales are down 18% from last year. But sellers are motivated, many have since decreased their prices to current market value.
